    Feeding unit

    ⊙ The Lead edge feeder is the core part of machine,if it cant show the good performance, the printing machine can't  run well. Our company lead edge feeder undergoes precise treatment, ensure the feeding smooth and accurate with high speed.
    ⊙ Side baffle and front baffle adjusted by touch screen control, back baffle adjusted by electric control.
    ⊙ Guide rail support the right-left baffle move precise and smoothly
    ⊙ The feeding rollers are grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make balance rectification for running stable.
    ⊙ The feeding wheel are wear resistance material,which make sure longer service time
    ⊙ Feeding rollers gap adjusted by PLC and touch screen

    Printing unit(Bottom printing)

    ⊙ Vacuum Transfer at printing unit,convey the cardboard accurately, the printing register +/-0.5mm
    ⊙ Ceramic anilox roller with doctor blade chamber ink distribution,doctor blade scrape ink on the anilox roller, just leave the ink in the mesh,so the when print the color on the cardboard ,the picture is very clean and clear.
    ⊙ Ceramic anilox roller is steel pipe plated with ceramic grinded surface and  laser-carved anilox,has longer service time than steel anilox roller
    ⊙ Pneumatic lock, doctor blade compensation structure to make the ceramic roller touch with doctor well for good ink distribution effect. Automatic ink washing system.
