4 Remote diagnosis for option：Remote diagnosis can make us diagnose the electric problem  and solve it quickly by remote. no need engineer go to customers’ factory. Very convenient and save time.

Every unit function

Lead edge feeder 

● Servo control free-pressure feeding system adopted to avoid the cardboard being pressed ,improve the pressure resistance of cardboard
● All the baffles are adjust by electric control.
● Guide rail support the right-left baffle move precise and smoothly.
● The feeding rollers are grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make blance rectification for running stable.
● Feeding rollers gap adjusted by manual control.
● Firsts row of feeding rollers: Upper feeding roller diameter is 240 mm ,seamless steel covered with wear-resistant rubber treated by balance rectification.
Down feeding roller diameter is 240 mm, seamless steel with knurling surface，treated by balance rectification.
● Second row of feeding rollers:Upper feeding roller diameter is124 mm with dia two 190mm feeding rings ,seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface，treated by balance rectification.
Down feeding roller diameter is 190 mm, seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface，treated by balance rectification.

Roller transfer

● Roller undergoes grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make the balance rectification for running stable.
● Anilox roller diameter is ¢250 mm,seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, pressing anilox.
● Rubber roller diameter is ¢250,seamless steel pipe with plated with rubber and make middle height for good ink distribution.
● Printing roller diameter: 632mm(including 7.2mm printing plate with liner).
● Printing pressing roller external diameter is ￠350mm,Steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
● Ratchet wheels fixed plate axle.
● Loading and unloading printing template, electric controlling CW/CCW rolling by foot switch.
● Printing roller Horizontal movement is controlled by PLC adjustment of +/-5mm.
● Automatic pneumatic lifting gear working with feeding system(Anilox roller lowers down to touch printing template during feeding and rises up to leave printing template after stopping feeding).
● Printing roller circular move adopts PLC, touch screen control and inverter adjustment of 360o.(running and stopping can be adjusted).
● Automatic reposition after washing the printing template during the printing procession. 

Die cutting unit

● Die cutter roller diameter 587mm,made of steel moulding material and plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
● Anvil cover roller diameter 468 mm,steel-moulding material is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
● Die cutting roller and anvil cover roller gap adjust by manual control.
● Feeding roller gap adjusted by manual control.
● The feeding rollers are grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make blance rectification for running stable.
● Die cutting roller circular movement is controlled by PLC, touch screen control and electric numerical adjustment of 360°(running and stopping can be adjusted).
● Depair and Maxdura anvil cover for option.
● Anvil cover repairing knife installed.

Stacker

● Driven by mighty chain.
● Height of piling is 1600mm.
● Machine lifting transmission motor added with brake realizes the fixed position of machine bed without sliding.
● Added with safety facility to control the lifting of machine and secure the worker.
● Pneumatic sheet laying baffle automatically reaches out to receive and support paperboard when the piled paperboard reaches the height preset.
● Back baffle position is adjusted by manual control.
