Feeding unit

⊙ The Lead edge feeder is the core part of machine,if it cant show the good performance, the printing machine can't  run well. Our company lead edge feeder undergoes precise treatment, ensure the feeding smooth and accurate with high speed.

⊙ Lead edge feeder working by servo driven to keep the cardboard original thickness very well and feed cardboard accurately.
⊙ Side baffle and front baffle adjusted by touch screen control, back baffle adjusted by electric control.
⊙ Guide rail support the right-left baffle move precise and smoothly.
 

Printing unit（Top printing）

⊙ Vacuum Transfer at printing unit,convey the cardboard accurately, the printing register +/-0.5mm.
⊙ Ceramic anilox roller with doctor blade chamber ink distribution,doctor blade scrape ink on the anilox roller, just leave the ink in the mesh,so the when print the color on the cardboard ,the picture is very clean and clear.
⊙ Ceramic anilox roller is steel pipe plated with ceramic grinded surface and  laser-carved anilox,has longer service time than steel anilox roller.
⊙ Pneumatic lock, doctor blade compensation structure to make the ceramic roller touch with doctor well for good ink distribution effect. Automatic ink washing system.
⊙ All the rollers undergoes balance treatment,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface .All the rollers move adjusted by touch screen control.
⊙ Automatic ink washing system.
⊙ Drying system for option.

Slotting unit

⊙ Double shaft slotting unit consists of pre creasing wheel,big creasing wheel, second creasing wheel and slotting .
⊙ Creasing wheel with PU plated for good creasing and avoiding paper crack,big creasing wheel crease the cardboard with big pressure to  make folding line formed well,when make the carton by gluer ,the fish tail very small. 
⊙ Slotting guide plates undergoes precise treatment to makes slotting precise and never damage the slotting knife.
⊙ 9CrSi Slotting knives,high hardness and serve long time .
⊙ All the rollers undergoes balance treatment, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface. All the rollers movement. adjusted by touch screen control.
⊙ Slotting holder move by linear guide rail, gears rail and screw axle. very stable and accurate.
⊙ The cardboard slotting size setup automatically by touch screen adjustment. easy to operate.

Die cutting unit

⊙ Die cutter roller,made of steel moulding material and plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
⊙ Anvil cover roller,steel-moulding material is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
⊙ Die cutting roller and anvil cover roller gap adjust by touch control.
⊙ Feeding roller gap adjusted by  touch screen.
⊙ Anvil cover repairing structure installed.
⊙ Speed compensation system installed.

Folder gluer unit

⊙ Glue pray system and wheel glue structure for option.
⊙ Blower and brush install for waste cleaning.
⊙ Convey beams lateral movement by touch screen control.
⊙ Upper and down belt speed can be adjusted to help minimize fail tail on the carton joint.
 

Count-ejector unit

⊙ High speed down counting stacking,prevent box smearing.
⊙ High speed plate cardboard rectification, blower help carton dropping,pneumatic plat push.convey circularly.
⊙ Count-ejector unit lateral move motorized control.

Bundler unit

⊙ PP rope and PE rope bundler for option.
